AN ORDINANCE ANE"]DING BUTTE COU?~fTY f'RL1I~lAtJCE Q96,
CO~tSOLIDATiNG "C-2" {GENEP.AL COMMERCIAL} DISTRICTS.
The Board of 5upervisars of the County of Eutte, State
of Cali~~ornia, under and pursuar;t to Ordinance 475 of sai~' County,
being the Zoning Cnabling Ordinance as amended, GOES ~]RDAIt~ as.
follows:
Ordinance 996, Consolidating "C-2" (General Commercial)
Section 1, is hereby amended to include the fallowing:
Area located near Chico, California, and described as
beginning at the north corner of Lot 1, "Reed Park
Unit No. 1", per map recorded in Butte County ^ecorder's
3iap Book l8 on page 35; said corner located S37°15'13"f
and 2584.2 ft. distant from the intersection of Hensha~r
Avenue with the westerly right of k~ay lire of Esplanade;
thence S52°43'30"W, 825 ft.; thence t~37°]G'13"vf, 498.1 ft.;
. thence N52°43'30"E, 563 ft.; thence "+37°.16'13"~!, 755.5 ft.;
thence S52°43' 30"W, 94:96 ft. ; thence ~l37°lb' l3 ",~., 105 ft. ;
thence N52°43'30"E, 65 ft.; thence N37°]6'13"td, 225.92 ft.;
thence S52°43'30"W, 442.44 ft. ; thence 1337°16`13"1~,

to the west right of way line of Esplanade, thence
S37°16'13"E, to the point of beginning.
Containing 25 acres, more or less.
That this ordinance shall take effect thirty {30} days
after the. date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Chico Enter rise a~newspaper published in the
County of '3utte, State of California.
