The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance rlo. 475, of said
County, being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES
ORDAIN! as follows:
Ordinance rlo. 928, Consolidating "R-4" ~T4aximum-Density
Dv~elTings - P.estricted Service} Districts, Section 1, is hereby
amended to include the following:
Area located near Chico, California, and described as:
All that area within 250 ft.-north and 250 ft. south of
the East Avenue centerline, bounded on the vrest by a
line 660 ft. east of f~lord Avenue and bounded on the
east by aline 850 ft, a~rest of Esplanade.
Containing 66. acres, more ar less.
That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be published ~vith
the names of the members voting for and against the same~in the
Chico Enterprise a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.
