Single-far~ily ds~rellings, not including tents or trailers. 5. Accessary buildings pertinent to the perr~itted uses. c. Agricultural uses. d.~ Livestock, subject to requirer~ents as follows: I. Minimum lot area to be devoted to residential use shall be mat less than eight thousand one -hundred twenty-five (8,125} square feet. 2. Public and quasi-public uses including churches, firehouses, hospitals, parks and playgrounds, schools and public utility buildings. d. Commercial poultry farming and livestock farming. e. Veterinary clinics, outpatient. f. Nurseries and plant gardens. 2.3 LOT AREA REQUIRED: h?inimum required area of a lot per dwelling unit. shall be not less than eight thousand one hundred ttiventy-five (8,125} square feet. 2.4 LOT ?~iIDTH REQUIRED: ~ 1~inimum lot t~ridth shall not be less than sixty-five ~b5} feet. 2.5 FROtyT YARD REQlliRED: Minir~um front yard shall be fifty (50) feet from the centerline of the road, except ti~rhere the road is classified by the County ~~s a Federal Aid Secondary Road, the minimum building setback requirement shall be fifty-five ~5:z} -feet from the centerline of road. 2.6 SIDE YARD REQUIRES=IEf~iT: ~~9inimum side yard sE~all not be less than five (5} feet. The penalties for the vio3ation of the zoning hereby imposed tvithin the district shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. In compliance with the provisions of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. SECTTOiJ 5.
