The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance of said County, as amended,
DOES ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance 927, (Consolidating "R-3" Districts) Section 1,
is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located near Oroville, California, described
as commencing at the southeast corner of Lot 3 of
"Pleasant Valley Tract", per map on file in Map
Book 7 on page 75, in the Office of the Recorder,
County of Butte, State of California; thence
N12°22'E, 383.96. ft. to the point of beginning;
thence continuing N12°22'E, 140.04 ft.; thence
N23°30'W, 216.01 ft. to the northeast corner of
said Lat 3; thence S77°13'W, 248,53 ft. to the
north vest corner of said Lot 3; thence south
along the west line of said Lat 3, 309.58 ft.;
thence N84°29'E, 307.76 ft. to the point of
beginning..
Containing 2.6 acres, more of less.
This ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be in
full farce and effect from and after thirty (30} days after the
date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, this Ordinance sha71 be published once
with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting
for and agai ns t i t i n the ~ Oraville Mercury Reg~.ster __ _ _' _ ,
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 18th. day of
January 1972.
