ORDINANCE N0. 1230
AN ORDINANCE .AMENDING BUTTE COUNTY ORDINANCE 1071,
CONSOLIDATING "A-3" (AGRICULTURAL} DISTRICTS.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DO ORDATN as
follows:
Section to Qrdinance Noo 1071, Consolidating "A-3"
(Agricultural) Districts, Section 2, subsection 2.2, is hereby
amended by adding thereto a new subsection, as follows:
c, Hunting and fishing camps, including those which
accommodate recreational vehicles and travel
trailers, and gun clubs; when located on sites of
not less than five (5} acreso
Section 20 That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30} days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen (l5) days after its passage, it-shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same in the
Chioo Enterpra.se , a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 18th.day of J
