Section No. 4 of Ordinance No. 1095 of 6 the County of Butte is hereby amended by deleting therefrom 7 the following: 8 Office Annual Salary . 9 Constable 10 Oroville $1,200 1I and adding thereto the following: 12 Constable Oroville $6,874 13. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) Z4 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration 15 of fiteen C15) days after its passage, it shall be published 16 in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of ~7 California. 18 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of`the ~9: .
