AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 995, CONSOLIDATING
"C-l" (LIGHT COMMERCIAL) DISTRICTS

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, being the
Zoning Enabling Ordinance of said County, as amended, DOES ORDAIN
as follows:
Ordinance No. 995, (Consolidating "C-1" Light Commercial
(Districts) Section 1 is hereby amended to inc]ude the following:
Being located near Oroville, California, and being a
portion of the southwest quarter of Section 6, T19rJ
R5E, MDB&M, Butte County, California, more particu-
larly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of the parcel
shown in that certain Record of Survey recorded February
9, 1970, in Book 33 of Maps, at page 72, Butte County
Official Records, from which point the point designated
as AC-651 on said Record of Survey bears S19°35'1&"W,
580.00 feet; thence N83°35'28"W, 236.22 feet; thence
N19°35'16"E, 283.98 feet to the southeasterly line
of that certain parcel of land described as Parcel
Three (Canyon Road) in the Grant of Easements to the
State of California, recorded September 2, 1950, under
serial number 99350, Butte County Official Records;
thence S88°08'39"E, along said southeasterly line,
241.47 feet to the easterly line of the above said
Record of Survey; thence S19°35'16"W, along said
easterly line, 303.67 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 1.55 acres, more or less.
This ordinance shall be and is hereby declared tc be in
fu]1 force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the
'date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days afcer its passage, this Ordinance shall be publishzd once
with tht names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting
for and against it in the Oxoville Mercury ,
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Ca]ifornia.
