COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State

of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:

Section 1. Section No, 17 of Ordinance No. 1095 of

the County of Butte is hereby amended by deleting therefrom

Section 4, This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published
in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 1st day of February, 1972 by the following
vote:
AYES: Madigan, Maxon, McKillop and Chairman Gilman
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Reynolds
NOT VOTING: None
