The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DOES ORDAIN as
~~follows:
Ordinance No. 925, Consolidating "R-1" (Single Family
Residential) Districts, Section 1, is hereby amended to inc3ude the
following:
Being located near Paradise, California, and described
as all of Lots 1 through 12 of "Friendly ldoods Subdivision"
per map recorded in Map Book 25, on pages 22 and 23, in the
office of the Recorder, County of Butte, State of California
Containing 4.71 acres, more or less.
That this ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be it
.full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the
date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15} days
after its passage, this ordinance shall be published once with the
names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and
against it in the Paradise Post a newspaper
published in the- County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED 6y the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 8tho day of
1?ebruar 1972, by the following vote:
AYES: NTadigan; Maxon PrieKillop, Reynolds and Chairman Gilman
