AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 13.6 (USE PERMITS) OF
ORDINANCE N0. 475, KNOWN AS THE BUTTE COUNTY ZONING
ENABLING ORDINANCE.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 47,5 of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1, Section 13 of Ordinance No. 475 of the County
of Butte is hereby amended by adding thereto a new subsection as
follows:

13,6 (c) If the decision of the Board of Supe rvisors i
to uphold a recommendation of the Planning Commission to revoke the
lose permit for violation of terms of said use permit, evidence
necessary to litigate the violation shall be submitted by the
Zoning Inspector to the office of the Butte County Counsel in a
form and content approved by that office.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption, .and before the expiration
of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Oroville Mercer a newspaper published in the Count;
of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the-Count
of Butte, State of California, on the 15th. day of February
1972, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisor Maxon, McKi1 p, Reyn ds d Chai an Gila
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Gilman ~
