ORDINANCE. N0. 1248
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NU. 1095 OF THE
COUNTY' OF BUTTE, KNOtiTN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 3 (A) of Ordinance No. 1095
of the County of Butte is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:

Section 2. Section No. 37A of Ordinance No, 1095
of the County of Butte is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) day's after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passa8;e, it shall
be published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte this 7th day of March, 1972 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors 1lladigan, NfcKillop, Reynolds, and
Chairman Gilman
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor PJiaxon
NOT VOTING: None
