AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1095 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNOT~dN A'S THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 48A of Ordinance No. 1095
of the County of. Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:
Salary Range No. of Positions
10.0 3
and adding thereto the following:
10.0 4
changing the total from 9 to 10.

Stock Clerk-Deliveryman
Stock Clerk-Deliveryman
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after z.ts passage, xt shall be
published in a newspaper published in the bounty of Butte,
State of California,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 11th day of April, 1972 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors Maxon, McKillop, Reynolds and Acting
Chairman Madigan
NOES: None
