AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. lOgS OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNO~rJN AS THE "SA~,ARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1:. Section No. 3A of Ordinance No. 10g5
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the following:
Class Title Number and Range. .
Commun~.ty Service Aid (Drug Control) 11.0
Public Health Service Aid 7.0
and adding thereto the following:

Section ~. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall
be published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
