The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance loo. 475, being the
Zoning Enabling Ordinance of said County, as amended, li0 0#tDAI#~~ as
follows;
Ord#nance Flo. 995, Consolidating"C-1" Light Commercial
Districts) Section 1 is hereby amended to include the foliawing:
Being located near Oroville, California, and bei~~g a portion
of the S£'-a of tl~e ~31~#~ of Sec. 32, T]9~i R~~ A{DB&~, more
particularly described as: com~3encing at a point 50 ft.
south of the fdE cor. of the SEn of the td4i~; said point being
in the centerline of Lincoln Glvri. (Palermo Rd.}; thence
Brest parallel with the north line of said SE~~, 330 ft. to
the point of t~eginning; thence continuing west 330 ft.;
thence south parallel with Lincoln 81vd., 185 ft.; thence
east para7iel Frith the Wort#~ line of said SE4, 330 ft.;

This Ordinance shall be and is hereby declared to be in full
