The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, of said County being the zoning enabling ordinance as amended, DO ORDAIIQ as follows: SECTION l: The hereinafter described area situate in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and is hereby zoned as an "S-2" (Suburban-Residential} District and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided. Said area so coned being located near Chico, California and particularly described as: A portion of Sec. 19 , T22N R2Ir AIDE&~1, a. portion of "Hum- boldt Sub." per map record~:d in Map Book 2 an page 198, and a portion of "E1 P~Iant2 Heights Sub.'t, per map recorded in Map T3aok 38 on pages 45 and 46. All uses of land within the district not speci - fically authorized and permitted in Sections 2 and 3 are prohibited. SECTION 5. In compliance Frith the provisions of said Zoning Enabling Ordinance, the same is hereby amended by adding to Section:5 thereof this Ordinance in full. SECTION 6. The penalties far the violation of the zoning (hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in the Z oning Enabling Ordinance. In compliance ~rrith the provisions of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance small from and after its effective date become a supplement to and part of t'rae Zoning Enabling Ordinance. SECTION 7.
