ORDINANCE NO. 1270
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1095 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE KNO~~dN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 12 of Ordinance No. 1095
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by adding thereto
the following:
Solar Ran e No. of Positions Classification Title
$,p 1 Typist Clerk II
changing the total from 6 to 7.
Section 2. Section No. ~-0 of Ordinance No. 1095
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by delet~.ng therefrom
the following:
Salary Range No. of Positions Classification Title
9.p 1 Stenographer Clerk II
.and adding thereto the following:
9.p 2 Stenographer Clerk II
changing the total from 130 to 131.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption, anal before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall
be published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Butte this 23rd day of ~~ay, 1972, by the
