Re: Fourteen-Day Notice of Proposal to Implement Developer Fees
Dear Ms. Moghannam:
A public hearing will be held by the Governing Board of the Golden Feather Union Elementary
Schoo! District at its regular meeting of December 19, 2012, in which the Board will consider a
resolution implementing school facilities fees in accordance with Education Code § 17620. The
meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Library of Concow Elementary School, located at 11679
Nelson Bar Road, Oroville, California. Further information on the casts of school services and
facilities and on other available revenue, including the general fund, will be available at the
District office as of December 3, 207.2.
