AN ORDINANCE-:,.AMENDING ORDINANCE 92$, CONSOLIDATING
f?`~W.4~±~ (MAXIMUM --DENSITY DWELLINGS -- RESTRICTED
~ SERVICE) DISTRICTS
2 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, as amended,
4 DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION T. Ordinance 928 (Consolidating "R-4,
{Maximum--
Density Dwellings - Restricted Service Districts}Section 1 is
~ hereby amended to include the following:
8 Being located near Chico, California and described as
9 The southerly 154 ft. of the northerly 440 ft.
of Lot 19 of "Bidwell 3rd Sub", per map recorded
10 in Map Book 5 on Page 8 in the office of Butte
County Recorder,

Excepting therefrom the Southerly 75 ft, of the
12 easterly 1.~0 ft.
13 SECTION TT. That this Ordinance shall be and is hereby
14 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty
15 (30) clays after the date of its passage; and before the ex-
16 piration of fifteen (15) days after the date of its passage this
17 Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members
~8 of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the
19 Chico Enterprise a newspaper published in the County
24 of Butte, State of California.
21 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
22 ounty of Butte, State of California, on the ~pt~ day of Maw---
