The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,. State of
California under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475,
being the zoning enabling ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN
as follows
Ordinance No, 1078 (Consolidating "S-1'' Medium---Density
Suburban Residential Districts) Section T, is hereby amended to
;include the fallowing:
Being located southwest of Chico, more particularly
described as:
Beginning at the northwest corner of "Stanley Park",
per man recorded in ~4ap Boole 5 on Page 105 in the
Office of Butte CountyoREcorder; said point also being
Dayton P.d, thence S 72 41`E along the north line of
said `'Stanley Park", 371.1 ft; thence continuing along
said north Line N 88°22`E, 3,209.5 ft. more ar less
to the northeast corner of Lot 1, said "STanley Park°`,
thence south along the east line of said "STanley Park
to the northwest corner of Lot 82, said "Stanley Park",
thence continuing south along the ~.~est line of said
Lot $2 to Edgar Slough; thence meandering southwesterly
along the centerline of Edgar Slough to DAyton Rd;~
thence northeasterly along Dayton Rd; to. the paint
of beginning, =- .. ..
containing 2t~6 .acres, more or less.
That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be t~ubli shed
r~rith the names of the members voting for and against the same,

the County of Butte, State of California.
