The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, being the:
zoning ene.bling ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN as follows:
Ordinance No. 1071 {Consolidating "A~-3" Agricultural
Districts) Section T is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located southwest of Chico, mare particularly
described as;
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1 of "Mary
E. O'Connor Sub", per mars recorded in Book 8 an
Page 19, in the Office of Butte County REcorder;
said point of beginning being on the south right--of-
way line of Chico River Road; thence northeasterly
along Chico River Road to NOrth Graves Ave; thence
southwesterly along North Graves Ave., to Butte
Ave.; thence southeasterly along Butte Ave. to Miller
Ave; thence northeasterly along Miller Ave. to the
southwest corner of Lot 1 of "henry"s 3rd. Addition`', per
map recorded in Map Book 9 an Page 2$, in the office of
Butte County Recorder; thence continuing northeasterly
along the west line of said Lot 1 ad distance of 135
ft; thericeS72° 30` E, 485 ft, to the easterly line of
said Lot l; ,thence S 17° 30' T~7, 135 ft. to the south
east corner of said Lot 1 also being the south line
of said "Henry's 3rd Addition"; thence S 72°30~E
along the south line of said "Henry's 3rd Addition",
1,717.50 ft. more or less, to ,the southeast corner of
Lot 14 said sub; said point also being the southwest
corner of "Pomona Add" per map recorded in Map Book
4 on Page 40, in the office of Butte County REcorder;
thence along the south line of said "Pomona Add" also
being the south rightrof•-way line of Linden Ave.
(abandoned} to Dayton Rd; thence .518° 04W along
Dayton Rd, 2,560.76 ft; thence leaving Dayton Rd,
N 72° 07~V, 2 , 759 ft. more or less to Little Chico:
Creek. Thence meandering along the centerline of
Little Chico Creek, southwesterly to Lane Pine Ave;
thence northerly along Lone Pine Ave. to Chico River
Rd,; thence easterly and northeasterly along Chico
River Rd to the south line of Lot 70, "Morehead Ranch
hub. No. 2", per map recorded in hlap Book 10 on Pages
8 and 9, in the Office of Butte County REcorder,
thence southwesterly along the south line of Lot 69
l and Lot 70 said "~arehead Ranch Sub, No. 2" to
to the southv~est corner of said Lot 69; thence
2 northeasterly along the *aest line of said Lot 69
to the northwest corner of said Lat 69, also being
