The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 47S of said County,
being the Zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN as
follows:
Ordinance 927 (Consolidating "R-3" Medium-Density Resi-
dential Districts}, Section 1, is hereby amended to include the
,following:
Being located near Oroville, California, being
a portion of Block 15, "Villa Verona" , per map
recorded as wall map No. 12, in the Dffice of
Butte County Reco rder, particularly described
as ;
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1 of
said Block 15 , being the centerline intersection
of V-C Road and Oak Kno11 Way, thence S $9°-56! E,
360 ft.; thence south parallel with the last
line of said Lot 1, 250 ft.; thence S $9P56~E,
210 ft. ; thence S 16° 47' W, 430 ft, ; thence N 89°-
56~W, 437,94 ft. to the centerline of V-C Road;
thence north along the west line of said Lot 1,
660 ft. to the point of beginning,
Containing 5.8 acres more or less..
That this Ordinance shall take effect th iity (30} days
after the date of its adoption, and befo re the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall. be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Orouill.e _Mercur~r ~, a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
