under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475 of said County, being the zoning enabli
ordinance, as amended, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLO~rlS:
Ordinance Na. 1279, consolidating "A 2 Limited" Districts, Section 1
is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located north of Paradise and being a portion of the Southeast
quarter of Section 3b, Township 23 North, Range 3 East, and a portion
of the Southwest quarter of Section:.31, To~rnship 23 North, Range 1~
East, M.D.B.&M., and more particularly described as follows:
COMN[ENCTNG~at tYis South quarter corner of said Section 36; thence
along the South line of said Section South S9° ~.2' ~.1" East, a
distance of 202.32 feet to the centerline of the Paradise Irrigation
District pipeline easement artd th'e true point of beginning for the
parcel herein described;
