The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to ordinance 475 of said County be-
ing th.e Zoning Enabling Ordinance as amended, DOES ORDAIN as follow
Ordinance 996, (consolidating "C-2" General Commercial)
Section 1 is hereby amended to include the following:
Being looated in 'Paradise, California and being a?.1 that
property in the vicinity of Skyway,.being bounded:.on the
north by a line 50.0 ft. north of Wagstaff Rd; on the south
by the intersection of Neal Rd; on the west by a line.350
ft. west of the centerline of Skyway; and on the east by
the Southern Pacific right-of-way;`and all that property
within three hundred fifty (350) ft. of the centerline of
Pearson Rd., from the Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-
way to Clark Road.
Excepting ther•~rom those areas previously zoned by
Ordinances 925, "R-l", 927 "R-3", 995 "C-1" and 1196 "C-2°
That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days
-:after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifte
(15) days after its passage, it shall be published with the names
of the members voting for and against the same in the Paradise _
Post. a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the. 1~th day of August
1972, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Douthit, Ladd, Madigan, Maxon and Chairman Gilman.
NOES: None;
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: Np~;
