ORDINANCE N0. 1291
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1284 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOl~iN AS_ THE "SAL~RY__0_RDINANC_E"_
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Buttes State
of California, DO ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 4g of Ordinance No. 1284 of
the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:

17.5 4732 Traffic Sign & Marking Man II 1

Section 2. Section No. 58 of Ordinance No. 1284 of the
County of Butte, i s hereby amended by deleting therefrom the
following:

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be
published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, this 19th day of September, 1872 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors~Madigan, Maxon Fc Chairman Gilman,
NOES: Supervisors Douthit and Ladd,
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None r, _
