AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINAi.`FCE 925, CONSOLIDATING
R-1 {SINGLE-FAMILY RE5IDENTIAL} DISTRICTS
1 The Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Ordinance No. 475, as amended,
3 Do ORDAIN, as follows:
4 Ordinance No. 925 consolidating "R--~." (Single-Family
5 Residential) Districts; Section 1 is hereby amended to include
6 the following:
7 Being located near Clipper Mills and described as
"Pderry Mountain village Subdivision Unit No. 4",
8 per map recorddd in map book 38 on pages 95 and
96 in the Office of Butte County Recorder, containing
9 34 acres, mare or less.
~~ That this Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30} days
I1 after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
~2 fifteen {l5) days after its passage, it shall be published with
13 the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
34 Orov,i 1~.e Mercury. , a newspaper published in the County
35 of Butte, State of California.
