OPDINANCE PTO. 1298:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING COUNTY ORDITL~ITTCF 1279,
CONSOLIDATING A-2 LTD DISTRICTS.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Ordinance I~Ta. 47S of said County,
being the zoning Enabling Ordinance, as amended, b0 ORDAIN, as
follows:
Ordinance 1279, (Consolidating "A-2 LTD" Districts) Section
1, is hereby amended to include the following:
Being located near Chico, California and
Being a portion of Lot 37 of "Third Subdivision ~of
"Jahn Bidwell Rancho", per map an file in map Book
5 an Page $, in the office of Butte County ??ecorder,
described as, beginning at a point on the north right
of way line of East Avenue, .(~80` ~ft;'~wide}-, -said point
bears N 60° 49'G+] and 33.96 ft. distant from the most
easterly corner of said Lat 37; thence N 60°48'w along
the SPRR right of way 31.6 .89 ft; thence ~? 52° 29 `40 "E,
109 ft. mare or less to the south right of way line of
Nord Avenue (&0 ft. wide); thence southeasterly along
the arc of a 330 ft. radius curve concave to the
northeast through a central angle of 16°01'27", a
distance of 92.29 ft; thence S60°31'36_"E, 15.28 ft;
thence leaving said right of way line of Nord Avenue
S 37°30'20"E, 283.20 ft. to the north right of way
line o f East Avenue ( 80 ft . wide) ; thence S 2 8° 49 ` SO "G],
14.62 ft. to the point of beginning.
That this Ordinance sha11 take effect thirty (30} days
after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen {15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, in the
Chico Errt. r ~ i a newspaper published in the
County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this ~ '31st day of
