DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE PROTECTION
APPROVING THE DEPARTMENT OF FORESTRY AND FIRE
FOR SERVICES FROM 7!1112 TO 6130!13
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors County of Butte, that said Board does hereby approve the
agreement with the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) dated July 1, 2012. This agreement
provides Fire Protection during the State fiscal year 2012113.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board Chair of said Board be and hereby is authorized to sign and execute
said agreement on behalf of the County of Butte.
The foregoing resolution was duly passed and adopted by the Board of Directors of the County of Butte at a
regular meeting thereof, held on the 8ih day of January, 2013 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Connelly, Wahl, Kirk, Lambert and Teeter
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None _
