COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 12 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "100 COUNTY COUNSEL" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 7024 Paralegal
and add the following:
Position Class Code ~ Classification
1 '031/7024 Paralegal, Senior/Paralegal
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 9.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 4 of Ordinance No. 403G of the County of Butte entitled "020 ADMINISTRATIVE" by deleting
therefrom the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 56 of Ordinance No. 4436 of the County of Butte entitled "757 NEAL ROAD SANITARY LANDFILL
-MANAGEMENT" by deleting therefrom the following:

Confidential and Supervisory (BCMEA} Unit Classifications" by adding thereto the following:
