That Section 19-10 of the Butte County Code be amended to read as follows: "19-10. No permit :shall be issued for a septic tank system where the buildings it is to serve are under different ownership , nor for buildings proposed to go under separate ownership." Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California . PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, this 13th_ day of November , 1972, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Ladd, Madigan and Chairman G~.lman. Hospitals , parks and playgrounds , sclxaals arad public 21~ utility buildings. :i 22 SECTION 4, All uses of land within the district not ~~ specifically authorized and .permitted in Sections 2 and 3 are 24 prohibited. 2g SECTION S. SECTION 6. The penalties for the violation of the zoning hereby impaled within the district shall be as provided in the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. In compliance with the provisions of i the zoning Enabling Ordinance, this Ordinance shall from and after its effective date becoz~e a supplement to and part of the Zoning Enabling Ordinance. SECTION 7. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby de- clared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (3p) days after the date of its passage; and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage this Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board voting for and against it in the Paradise Pos=t. a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Ca~.ifornia. ~ PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Board of Supervisors of the County i of Butte, State of California, this 13th day of N'ovember_~ ,1972, by the following vote: AYE5: Supervisors Ladd!
