RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF GENERAL SERVICES TO EXECUTE
DOCUMENTS FOR THE COUNTY OF BUTTE - OROVILLE PARK AND RIDE LOT, FUNDED BY
THE CONGESTION MITIGATION AND AIR QUALITY GRANT CML-5912{098)
WHEREAS, the County of Butte has been awarded grant funds in the amount of $58$,603.48 under the
Federal Program for Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) to construct the County of Butte, Oraville
Park and Ride Lot; and
WHEREAS, the federal grant regulation requires that the County of Butte Bvard of Supervisors
provide, by resolution, the OfFicer of the Project the authority to execute documents on behalf of Butte County;
and
WHEREAS, These documents will include all documentation necessary to complete the project
including, the Right of Way Certification, Program Supplement Agreement, and Project Finance Letter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Director of General Services, or his designee, be
authorized to execute all documents required by Federal Transportation Improvement Program for participation
in the CMAQ Grant Program, and any amendments thereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 26th day of March by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter and Chair Connelly

ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
