The hereinafter described area situate in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned an "A-SR" (Agricultural-Suburban Residential) District and -such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided, said area s~o zoned being located near Chico, California and particularly des- cribed as. Parcel Beginning at the intersection of Glenwood Road and the l southwesterly line of Lot 2 of "Bidwell. 2nd Sub."; per map recorded in map book 5 on Wage 27; thence south- easterly along the southwesterly line of Lots 72, 73, 74, 75, and 76 to Oak Way; thence westerly along Oak Way to Glenwood Avenue; thence north along Glenwood Avenue to the point of beginning. Containing 39 acres, more or less. Accessary buildings pertinent to the permitted uses. 23 2.2 AGRTCULTUP,AL USES, EYCEPT LIVESTOCK SUBJECT TO THE 24 FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: ~ a.
