Entler Ranch", according to the Revised Map thereof, on file in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California which UoiA.t is in the intersection of the Southerly line of said Subdivision with the Southerly line of the R~`W of the SPRR; thence S 56° 55' W along the southeasterly line of said 2nd Sub., 446.7 feet; thence along the Southerly bound- ary line of State I~iighway, 40 41' E 1600 feet : thence S 4 9° 19 ' ~~~ 12 0 0 . © feet to the True-Pon".t of Beginning; thence continuing 49 19' W 825.97 feet to the Southerly boundary line of Section 6, T2IN, R2E, thence 89° 54' ~<J along said Section line 621.57 feet; thence N 8 31' E 1712,82 feet; thence S 40° 41' E 1524.85 feet to the Foint of Beginning, containing 26.55 acres M/L Chico.
