MOH.NINGSIDE DRIVE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLUTION APPROVALIIdG CHANGE IN ASSESSi'~NT PROCEEDINGS
ReBOlved that the public interest and convenience
require and the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, hereby orders that the Bond Provisions
',described in Resolution'of Intention - Morningside Drive
Assessrrient District, passed and adopted by this Board of
{ Supervisors P~Tay 2, 1960,, shall'be cha~i~ged--as'=follows ._. -
That the Redemption. Provision of said bonds
shall provide a premium of five percent (5°~) of the unpaid
'principal, if redeemed before maturity.
