Resolution No. 13-064
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES MENTAL HEALTH PLAN
CONTRACT AND ANNE ROBIN, MFT, DIRECTOR OF BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEWAVIORAL HEALTH,
AS AN AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY OF THE CONTRACT
WHEREAS, Butte County, through its Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) contracts with the California
State Department of Health Care Services (DHCS); and
WHEREAS, DHCS requires a resolution approving the Mental Health Plan Contract and delegating signature
authority to the signer, Anne Robin, MFT, BCDBH Director;
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors appointed Anne Robin, MFT, as Director of Behavioral Health
effective May 25, 2010;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors approves the Mental Health
Plan Contract and authorizes Anne Rabin, MFT, BCDBH Director, to sign the Mental Health Plan Contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 7`~ day of May 2013, by the following
votes:

NOES: None
