Section 41 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "570-OOI EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES -ADMINISTRATION" by adding thereto the following:

SERVICES -ELIGIBILITY" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 265 to 266.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 44 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "570-006 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES - CaIWORKs" by deleting therefrom the following:

thereby decreasing the total from 60 to 59.
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 35 of Ordinance Na. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL
SERVICES" by adding thereto the fallowing:

and delete the following:

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 162.45.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4436 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

1 4141 Supervisor, Behavioral Health Counselor
1 ~ 4034 Certified Nurse Practitioner
thereby decreasing the total allocations from 315.75 to 313.75.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 38 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "541-012 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

thereby decreasing the total allocations from 28.5 to 29.5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57 Reference E of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Management, Conf dential and
Supervisory (BCMEA) Unit Classifications" by changing the following:
