RESOLUTION APPOINTING
ANNE ROBIN, MFT, DIRECTOR OF BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, AS BUTTE
COUNTY DELEGATE TO CALIFORNIA MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Butte Coun#y, through its Department of Behavioral Health (BCDBH) has joined the Califiornia Mental
Health Services Authority (CaIMWSA); and
WHEREAS, CaIMHSA requires a resolution appointing a director with the power to designate an alternate to act
in his or her absence; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors appointed Anne Robin, MFT, as the Director of Behaviors!
Health effective May 25, 2Q~4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors authorizes Anne Robin,
MFT, BCDBH Director, to act as Butte County's delegate on the California Mental Health Services Authority with full
power to designate an alternate in her absence.
PA55ED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 11t~' day of June by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter and Chair Connelly
