STATE DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOL 8~ DRUG PROGRAMS
AND
BUTTE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
10-NNAD4 V.1
WHEREAS, Butte County Department of Behavioral Health requires authorization from the Butte County Board of
Supervisors to amend the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs (ADP) Negotiated Net Amount and DruglMedi-
Cal agreement for FY 201012014; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2010/2011 is $2,296,851; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2011/2012 is $2,28$,174; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable far FY 2012/2013 is $2,423,663; and
WHEREAS, the maximum amount receivable for FY 2013/2014 is $2,423,663; and
WHEREAS, the amendment implements an Absolute Assignment of Agreement {#10-NNA04 V.1) from one State
Agency to another for the Drug Medi-Cal Program; and
WHEREAS, the amendment implements a Contingency Assignment of Agreement {#10-NNA04 V.1) from one
State agency to another if the FY 2013-14 Budget Act is approved to eliminate the ADP Programs which includes the
transfer of the non-Drug Medi-Cal Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Department of Behavioral Health is authorized by
the Board of Supervisors to revise this agreement with the State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs for a new multi-
yeartotal of $9,432,351 and to accept above described provisions of this agreement amendment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 25th day of June, 2013, by the following
vote
