AN ORDINANCE AMIIVDTNG ORDINANCE N4. 128 OF THE
COUNTY OF^BUTTE, KNOWN AS_ THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Buttes State
of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 3 of Ordinance No. 128+ of
the County of Butte? is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:

18.0 3555 Planning Technician
and adding thereto the following:

Section 2. Section No. 36 of Ordinance No. 128+ of
the County of Buttes ~s hereby amended by adding thereto the
following:

changing the total from 10 3/~+ to 11 3/4.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passages it shall be
published in a newspaper published in-the County of .Butte,
