RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE__"_SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby arr~ends
Section 46 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "605 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES- VETERANS' SERVICE OFFICE" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4936 Veteran's Service Representative (term position to end
06130113)
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4936 Veteran's Service Representative (term position to end

thereby leaving the total unchanged at 4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 18 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "320-007 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -BUTTE
COUNTY VICTIM WITNESS ASSISTANCE CENTER" by deleting therefrom the following:

thereby decreasing the total from 5 to 4.

CRIMINAL" by adding thereto the following:

Classifications" by changing the following:
