RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 18 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "320-007 DISTRICT ATTORNEY -BUTTE
COUNTY-VICTIM WI-TNESS-ASSiSTANCE-CENTER" by adding.thereto.tbe. following.
Position Class Cade Classification
1 7010 Victim Witness Advocate (term position to end Ob/30/14}
thereby increasing the total allocations by one (1).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 3S of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL
SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4013 Supervisor, Environmental Health
1 4067/4068 Nutrition Specialist, Senior/Nutrition Specialist (term
position to end 06130114}
and delete the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4003 Deputy Director, Environmental Health
thereby increasing the total allocations by one (1}.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4035 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

Assistant
and add the following:

1 406/4058 Medical Records Technician, Seniar/Medical Records

.................thereby. leaving the total unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 38 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "541-012 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" by deleting therefram the following:

1 1048 Contracts Specialist
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 10251102611028 Administrative Analyst, Senior/Administrative
Analyst/Administrative Analyst, Associate
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 48 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "411 LIBRARY" by deleting therefrom the
following:

2 2814/2815 Library Assistant, Senior/Library Assistant
and add the following:

.5 2814/2815 Library Assistant, SeniorlLibrary Assistant

thereby decreasing the total by one (1).
