HomeMy WebLinkAbout13-100ResaCution No. 13-100 RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" BY ALIGNING CLASSIFICATIONS WITHIN MORE APPROPRIATE LABOR UNITS NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 57~ Reference C-of--Ordinance--No--4036 -of-the -County-of -Butte-entitled--°`BCEAKGeneral Unit" by--- deleting the fallowing classifications: Class Code Classification Title 1116 Agricultural BiologistJWeights & Measures Inspector I 1114 Agricultural Biolo istlWeights & Measures Inspector II 1113 Agricultural Biologist/Weights & Measures Inspector III 1112 Agricultural Biolo ist/Weights & Measures Inspector, Seniar 4070 Occupational Therapist, Senior 4048 Occupational Therapist 4071 Physical Therapist, Senior 4449 Physical Thera ist 4936 Veteran's Service Representative NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 57, Reference I of Ordinance Na. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Professional Employees Unit" by adding the following classifications: Class Code Classification Title 1116 Agricultural Biolo ist/Weights & Measures Inspector 1 1 i 14 Agricultural Biologist/Weights & Measures Inspector II 1113 Agricultural Biologist/Wei hts & Measures Inspector III 1112 A ricultural Biologist/Wei hts & Measures Ins ector, Senior 4070 Occu ational Therapist, Senior 4048 Occu ational Thera ist 4071 Physical Thera ist, Senior 4049 Physical Therapist NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 57, Reference D of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Social Service Workers Unit" by adding the following classifications: Class Classification Title Code 4936 Veteran's Service Representative NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section S7, Reference E of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Management, Confidential and Supervisory Unit (BCMEA)" by deleting the following classifications: Class Classification Title Cade 5504 Pro ram Manager, Probation NOW, THEREFORE,...BE IT _RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends Section 57, Reference J of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Probation Peace O icers Classification Unit" by adding the following classifications: Class Classification Title Code 5504 Pro rain Manager, Probation PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 34th day of July, 2013, by the following vote: AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lampert, Teeter and Chair Connelly NOES: None ABSENT: None NOT VOTING: None ATT FAU BY Chair, of the Board of Supervisors of the Board of Supervisors
