RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE" BY CREATING A PROBATION
PEACE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT UNIT
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference E of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Butte County Management,
......................... .... C.onfidential .and..S.uperv.isory..Unit_(BCMEA)". by deleting the. follow. ing classif cations:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference K of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte, entitled "Probation Peace Officers
Association -Management Unit" by adding the following salary plan classifications:
Section 57, Reference K (Effective Pay Period Beginning 08/03/13)
Salary Plan for PPOA-Mgmt. bargaining unit classifications (See Attachment A)
