RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS_THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 41 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES -ADMINISTRATION" by deleting therefrom the following:

thereby decreasing the total allocations by three {3).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference I of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Professional Employees' Unit"
by adding the following classif cation:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 35 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "540-011 PUBLIC HEALTH -GENERAL
SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

SUBSTANCE ABUSE SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:
