RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 37 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "541-011 BEHAVIORAL HEALTH -
GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4143/4144/4156 Behavioral Health Counselor II/Behavioral Health
Counselor I/Behavioral Health Worker
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4137/4138/4139 Behavioral Health Clinician III/Behavioral Health
Clinician II/Behavioral Health Clinician I
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 317.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference E of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Management, Confidential and
Supervisory (BCMEA) Unit Classifications" by adding the following classification:

SERVICES" by adding thereto the following:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 19 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "360 SHERIFF-CORONER -SERVICES"
by adding thereto the following:

1 6855 Crime Prevention Coordinator
thereby increasing the total from 302 to 303.

2013, by the following vote:
