NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 41 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES -ADMINISTRATION" by adding thereto the following:

thereby increasing the total from 173 to 176.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 42 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "570-003 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES -ELIGIBILITY" by adding the following:

8 5344 Employment & Eligibility Specialist
1 5343 Employment & Eligibility Specialist, Senior
I 5341 Supervisor, Employment & Eligibility
2 4342 Employment & Eligibility Program Specialist
thereby increasing the total from 292 to 304.
