ORDINANCE NO . 1314
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 128 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE.,~KNOWN AS SHE 'SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. Section No. 18 of Ordinance No. 128+
of the County of Butte, is hereby amended by deleting therefrom
the following:

Salary Class Classification No. of
Rye Code Positions
10.0 2333 Clerk III l
and adding thereto the following:
10:0 2776 Stock Clerk-Deliveryman 1
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days after the date of its adoption, and before the
expiration of fifteen (15} days after its passage, it shall be
published. in a newspaper published in the County of Butte,
State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, this 12th day of Decembers 1972 by the
following vote:
.AYES: Supervisors Ladd, Madigan, McKillop & Chairman Gilman.
NOES ; None
ABSENT: Supervisor Maxon.
NOT VOTING: None
