COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 5 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "021-GENERAL SERVICES" by adding
therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 4608 Project Manager, Capital Improvement (term position to
end 06/30/18)
thereby increasing the total from 50 to 51.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 45 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "570-008 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES -PUBLIC GUARDIAN" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 5375 Deputy Public Guardian-Public Administrator/Deputy
Public Guardian-Public Administrator
and add the following
Position Class Code Classification
1 5373/5375 Deputy Public Guardian-Public Administrator/Deputy
Public Guardian-Public Administrator/Deputy Public
Guardian-Public Administrator, Senior
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 6.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this 22"d day of October, 2013,
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
