Resolution No. 13-163
RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 40 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "550-001 CHILD SUPPORT SERVICES" by
deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code
1 3705
and add the following:
Position Class Code
1 3724/3725/3726
thereby leaving the total unchanged at 111.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference E of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Management, Confidential and
Supervisory (BCMEA) Unit Classifications" by adding the following classification:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 34 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "533 PUBLIC WORKS" by adding thereto
the following:

thereby increasing the total from 106 to 107.
