RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 41 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "570-001 EMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL
SERVICES -ADMINISTRATION" by deleting therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 1025/1026/1027 Administrative Analyst, Senior/Administrative
Analyst/Administrative Analyst, Senior (term position to
end 12/31/2013)
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 1025/1026/1027 Administrative Analyst, Senior/Administrative
Analyst/Administrative Analyst, Senior (term position to
end 06/30/14)
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 57, Reference E of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "Management, Confidential and
Supervisory (BCMEA) Unit Classifications" by deleting the following classification:

GENERAL SERVICES" by deleting therefrom the following:

and add the following:
