RESOLUTION AMENDING ORDINANCE N0.4036 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE. KNOWN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte hereby amends
Section 34 of Ordinance No. 4036 of the County of Butte entitled "533 PUBLIC WORKS" by deleting
therefrom the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 1283/1285 Accounting Specialist/Account Clerk, Senior
and add the following:
Position Class Code Classification
1 1049/1048 Contracts Specialist, Senior/Contracts Specialist
thereby leaving the total unchanged.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte this l0u day of December,
2013, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Wahl, Kirk, Lambert, Teeter and Chair Connelly
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
